Blueberry pie
We had a lot of blueberries from the CSA over the last few weeks, so we made blueberry pie from a recipe we saw on America’s Test Kitchen. The secret to keeping it from being runny but not gummy is to cook half the blueberries to reduce them and add a shredded green apple that you squeeze dry (for pectin) and a little bit of instant tapioca rather than cornstarch.
